Lucky 13: Cullen Collimore Shirley secures defense verdict in federal court

Brian Cullen, together with Upton Hatfield’s Russ Hilliard and Maddie Matulis, secured a defense verdict after a five day jury trial in the New Hampshire federal district court. The defendants, corporation counsel for a New Hampshire municipality, were accused of orchestrating the plaintiff’s arrest in violation of the plaintiff’s First Amendment rights. It was Brian’s thirteenth federal jury trial. Not so unlucky
