Kevin spent more than nine years in private practice representing private companies, carriers, and their insureds at New Hampshire's largest law firm. He provided carrier-clients with a broad range of coverage advice through declaratory judgment and appeal, as well as conducting numerous examinations under oath (fraud/SIU cases).

Brian has conducted numerous examinations under oath, relying in part on a strong prosecutorial background. Brian joined the Suffolk County (Massachusetts) District Attorney's Offices in 1998. There, he worked on a superior court trial team, and tried numerous superior court jury cases ranging from drug trafficking to arson and attempted murder. In 2002, Brian became Chief of the Narcotics Unit, where he oversaw all felony drug prosecutions in Boston and its suburbs. With this background, Brian has the expertise to effectively and efficiently investigate and analyze claims on behalf of carrier-clients.

Kevin also spent approximately four years in-house at a claims management organization managing a team of lawyers and senior claims professionals in analyzing coverage under various insurers' policies managed by that organization. He was responsible for making complex coverage determinations -- and as needed, instituting litigation of coverage issues -- involving some of the most recognizable names in corporate America, and based on diverse insurance coverage law as applied in numerous states throughout the United States. Those accounts involved reserves in excess of $100 million.
