CullenCollimore's attorneys regularly represent public and private educational institutions on issues ranging from premises and safety challenges to claims of wrongful termination and negligent hiring. The firm has also represented New Hampshire school districts in state and federal investigations concerning responses to bullying, hazing and harassment, as well as school districts and School Administrative Units and before the state Superior and Supreme Court on claims of wrongful termination/constructive discharge.

Not content with merely assisting schools already under scrutiny, both Brian and Kevin actively advise and assist schools in developing programs to comply with state regulations on student conduct and federal statutes such as FERPA and HIPPA (acronym). Kevin is also directly involved locally, being a member of the New Boston School Board since 2007, providing him a broader understanding of the issues facing school districts and boards daily in New Hampshire. Not to be outdone, Brian regularly speaks to students and faculty at public and private schools on issues including drug and alcohol education, hazing, and harassment as well as maintaining appropriate student teacher boundaries.
