With lawyers from two of Boston’s biggest firms and a third with extensive banking and business experience, CullenCollimore regularly represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal court in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Such cases have included the successful defense of claims of breach of fiduciary duties and violation of trade secrets laws, alleged breaches of distribution agreements, and alleged breaches of employment contracts.

The firm also handles a number of securities related matters. CullenCollimore currently represents a major broker dealer in the defense of claims of improper trading and represents multiple defendants in a clawback effort by the New Hampshire Banking Commission to recover distributions made to innocent investors in a ponzi scheme under the Commission’s watch.
